Day to day, Evan prices out projects for Ball Systems — translating complex scopes into accurate, competitive quotes that help customers and the company move forward with confidence.
Before landing at Ball Systems, Evan honed his analytical edge in a role where he negotiated discounts on parts and quoted and estimated damages. That experience taught him how to work quickly and accurately under pressure — skills that translate directly to the fast-moving demands of the quoting desk. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Sports Journalism from IUPUI, proof that a great eye for the story behind the numbers goes a long way in any field.
One thing that sets Evan apart is that he's been behind the wheel since he was 5 years old. As the oldest of three siblings and the first in his family to graduate from college, he's someone who's always been willing to take the lead and figure things out.
When he's not crunching numbers, Evan is out on the water. Waterskiing and wakeboarding are two of his favorite ways to unwind. He also loves golf, traveling with his wife, and getting out to car events. A self-described car enthusiast, he roots for Ferrari on race day and the Colts on game day. And every Friday, without fail, he does lunch with his Dad, a tradition he holds onto no matter how busy things get.
Evan is a root beer loyalist, a Reese's Peanut Butter Cup devotee, and an Indiana University fan. He'll take Italian food or a hot dog over just about anything else.
