MEET THE TEAM

Susan joined the Ball Systems team in October 2026 as a Production Technician.

Away from work, Susan’s life centers on family. She and her husband, Raymond, have been married for nearly 30 years and raised three kids in Arcadia, Indiana. On fall Sundays, you’ll find her cheering on the Colts, and she’s a proud Purdue Fort Wayne Mastodons fan.

Fun fact: Susan runs on Diet Mountain Dew and Twizzlers, with a Starbucks Caramel Crunch when she needs a treat.
