Andron brings more than 20 years of hands-on experience building automotive and aerospace equipment. He's spent his career elbow-deep in validation testing, including running oscilloscopes, DAQs, AC/DC power sources, and logic and network analyzers, which makes him right at home building and testing the electrical and electronic assemblies that come through Ball Systems, always with an eye toward the quality and precision our customers count on.
What stands out about Andron is the range of what he brings to the table outside the obvious technical résumé. He's the kind of person who reads Schopenhauer and Kant for fun, works his way through classical Vedic texts like the Bhagavad Gita, and is currently teaching himself Sanskrit, which is not exactly light reading, but it says a lot about how he approaches a problem: methodically, and all the way to the bottom of it.
Away from the bench, Andron stays just as busy. He repairs and modifies his own Tesla, writes ARM and Linux-based hardware and software programs, and splits his remaining time between weightlifting, running, and training as a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu practitioner.
Andron lives in West Lafayette with his wife, Ambika. Yes, he bleeds Purdue gold and black, so don't be surprised if you catch a "Boiler Up!" somewhere on the production floor.
Ball Systems creates, develops, and delivers custom test systems and produces comprehensive build-to-print systems for companies that craft or manufacture critical electronic or electromechanical components for aerospace and defense, automotive, and consumer appliance applications.
