meet the team

LaDonna is one of our most beloved employees as she has been here almost since the beginning. Dr. Ball hired her himself in 1979 straight out of high school. She learned how to solder from her brother and she never looked back. LaDonna is now our senior production lead and her primary responsibilities include ensuring all production processes and projects run smoothly and efficiently. Sometimes that means helping a team member solve a problem and inspecting work to ensure accuracy. If you ever need help, you can count on LaDonna being there to lend a hand.

LaDonna is married with two children who are both very involved in extra curricular activities including Boy Scouts, football, volleyball, basketball, lacrosse, band and church. She noted that while they are a very busy family they truly stay connected and love going to church together. Standing at five feet tall, LaDonna has a hidden talent – she was an incredible volleyball player in high school. She played all four years on the varsity volleyball team at Marion Adams High School and her senior year she was captain, MVP and made the All-County Team.
