meet the team

Ron currently serves as the Operations Manager at Ball Systems. He first joined the company in the fall of 2017 and has worked in the rolls of inventory supervisor, quoting specialist, purchasing specialist, financial analyst and project engineer before becoming operations manager in July, 2022. His meticulous, detail-oriented nature has served him well in supporting Ball Systems in each of these departments. Ron supervises the production team, as well as the quoting, purchasing and inventory departments.

Prior to Ball Systems, Ron’s background had been logistics support for multiple military subcontractors in Indiana and ending at Lockheed Martin in Kentucky before moving back to Indiana to work for Ball Systems. Outside of work, Ron actively participates in recreational kickball and volleyball leagues, plays video games, hikes, and enjoys walking his dog Cooper while exploring different neighborhoods around Indianapolis. When he does get time to watch tv some of his favorite genres are action, anime and horror shows like the Haunting of Bly Manor.
