Tristan drives manufacturing and process improvement projects from start to finish, always with a customer-centric mindset. Before joining the engineering team, he worked in customer service and cross-departmental communication.
He holds a degree in Electrical & Computer Engineering Technology from Purdue University, and he puts that background to work, juggling multiple projects with shifting priorities, all while keeping documentation tight and communication clear.
Outside of Ball Systems, Tristan's interests run the gamut from grounded to genuinely out there. He's been skydiving and snorkeling with whale sharks (not at the same time), builds and installs lightsabers in his spare time, and plays drums when he's not gaming.
Oh, and he was prom king...not that he brings it up often.
