CMB-8-12 and CMB-8-6 High Bandwidth 8-CH Current Measurement Board

The Ball Systems CMB-8-12 and CMB-8-6 are high bandwidth 8-channel current measurement boards with a multitude of applications in hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) testing and beyond. Hall-effect sensor elements provide built-in isolation and minimize driver loading with < 1 mΩ primary conductor resistance for low power loss. On-board amplification removes sensor zero-current offset and provides customizable gain. By adjusting amplifier gain, the board’s output voltage levels can be customized to match the dynamic range of the measurement system with which it is to be used. Optional on-board low-pass filtering of sensor output can be added if additional noise reduction is required. The CMB-8-12 can measure currents up to 12 A, while the CMB-8-6 can be used for lower current applications while providing higher sensitivity with a maximum current of 6 A.
