An international aerospace and defense company’s Ground Support Equipment (GSE) Group contacted our team to produce a build-to-print low oil level test light assembly. The assembly plugs into the device under test (DUT) and will then read the oil level of the aircraft. For efficient and convenient results, an LED will illuminate if the oil is low. A momentary pushbutton was added to ensure that the unit’s functionality can be verified. This project required close coordination with a custom subassembly supplier of this customer.
