Ball Systems completed the design and build of a pallet interface block for functional inline test fixtures. Replaced an existing hardwired circuit board to an interface block by redesigning the circuit board to add a connector that allows for replacement of the wear components. Significantly reducing the amount of downtime due to part replacement, troubleshooting, and repair.
