meet the team

Kurtiss is a production manager at Ball Systems. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Indiana Wesleyan University. His role as a production manager is to manage resources to ensure goals are reached on time and under budget. Prior to this, Kurtiss was in the Air Force for 10 years. His time with the Air Force gave him to opportunity to develop his deep technical knowledge and skills for managing others. 

In his spare time, Kurtiss enjoys playing baseball with his son, golfing, fishing, and spending time outdoors. Something you might not know about Kurtiss is that he just took up rocket building!
