Strip away the certifications and the paperwork, and aerospace procurement teams are really asking one question: if something goes wrong two years into this program, will this partner have the documentation, the process discipline, and the transparency to fix it fast, or will we be starting an investigation from zero? A gated, repeatable project management process matters here as much as any single certification, because it's what turns "we're ISO certified" into "we can show you exactly what happened on unit 47 and why."
