At Ball Systems, we believe that our values are critical to our own success, as well as our ability to effectively serve our customers. Each month during our all-hands company meeting we discuss two or three of our core values to help keep them top of mind for our team members. This week I want to focus on our “Communication” value, what it means to us as a company and how it positively impacts our customers.
What this means to us: We communicate proactively, clearly, and transparently…good or bad. This is not only with our customers but also with each other, as team members. We realize the importance of this value in our daily work.
What this means to our customers: We realize our customers are more comfortable and effective when they know where things stand, and what to expect. We strive to minimize surprises. We believe that clarity and transparency build trust with others, and that trust is the basis for a great team, and for a great customer/supplier relationship.
