After an extensive search for a partner to assist in fulfilling emerging RF and Semiconductor Test opportunities, Ball Systems has agreed to acquire the Custom Engineering Division of Hensley Technologies. Hensley Technologies was established as an electronics distributor for several leading test equipment providers and became one of Agilent’s first authorized distributors. They were also Agilent system integrators and most recently an Alliance Partner with National Instruments. The Hensley Technologies Custom Engineering team will remain based in Kansas City, but will be merged with the existing Ball Systems design engineering team, and will enhance existing capabilities and depth by providing rich RF testing background and extensive Semiconductor testing expertise.
